Dainton Beer started in a Brunswick West shed in 2008, where Dan Dainton first experimented with homebrewing. Believing beer could be more, they launched Red Eye Rye in 2013, later winning at the 2018 Indie Beer Awards. With a brewery opening in 2016 and a second taphouse in 2022, Dainton has earned 50+ awards, including Champion Independent Large Brewery of Australia in 2020.
