When brainstorming a fun, out-of-the-box wine with our good friend Dylan of LS Merchants, we discussed two grapes that wouldn't usually be blended by Italian purists due to longstanding traditions. Rules are meant to be broken, right?!
This audacious rebel blend marries the the refined elegance of Nebbiolo (80%) with the bold character of Sangiovese (20%), creating a taste experience that defies tradition and embraces the unexpected. Introducing Rebellino, a rebel of a wine that boasts rose petals and earthy tones with a plush palate full of cherry, ripe plum and forest fruit.
